Zingaceram PU is a very hard-wearing and UV-resistant two pack acrylate-polyurethane topcoat that has been pigmented with ceramic particles to prevent erosion of the surface from

wind-blown sand and dust particles.

It dries to a medium gloss level and imparts very tough adhesion characteristics whilst maintaining an excellent modulus of elasticity, which makes it an ideal finish for structures like

offshore wind turbines.

In conjunction with Zinga and Zingaceram HS primer-sealer it was used to coat steelwork of the Olympic structures in London, the system was given an expected service-life of 60 years

to first major maintenance.
